Scarborough UTC is a college for 14-18 year olds, sponsored by the University of Hull, and an impressive facility of contemporary design. The building is subject to high pedestrian traffic over a long working day and a wide variety of areas are challenging to maintain high cleaning standards. Large areas of glass and extensive polished floors demand constant attention.
