This is an ongoing initiative created to support 4serve clients at no extra cost to them. We have chosen to “Give Back” in ways that we believe address important issues that exist in our communities.
• Wellbeing and Mental Health – these issues continue to grow, impacting businesses of all sizes in many ways and it is clearly in the interest of all businesses to be pro-active in tackling the problems. To assist with this 4serve clients with contracts of 20 hours or more per week will be provided with exclusive access to our wellbeing and mental health platform for use by their employees and colleagues. The TriggerHub app and PartnerHub HR platform provided by our chosen partners at Triggerhub, revolutionises and supports employee engagement, wellbeing, diversity and inclusion. • The creation and delivery of genuine Social Value to schools and communities – 4serve clients can engage with schools and community groups of their choice and help the environment. This is done through our partnership with Biodiversity UK and nature positive projects they create. 4serve supports the creation of these projects on sites chosen by our clients and facilitates the marketing, PR and social value opportunities that they present.
• Other Service Solutions - Through our selected partners a range of other services are offered to 4serve clients. Including but not limited to, Combined Commercial Insurance and IT Support.
